Progress as of 11/7

At this point I've caught back up with background reading and have started building a prototype phone app to demonstrate functionality. Most of the prototype development work is still focused on the underlying network protocols so there is not much live to show off yet. I am able to put the demonstration prototype on my phone and show it off live. I've also begun to design the survey that will accompany my pilot study.
